Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry

Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry on MyHumbleHomeandGarden.com
Beef and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry is a quick and easy dinner for those hectic weeknights.  This recipe began with one of those little 49 cent books tempting you at the check-out counter at the grocery.  The 49 cent price lets you in on how long ago that was!  Lol!
Over the years, I’ve tweaked the recipe a little.  The original recipe included water chestnuts and scallions.  The guys like the broccoli instead.  Dave doesn’t like water chestnuts.  I like the crunch but, whatever…  I’ve added the carrots for color.
