Breakfast Casserole

In a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish, layer:

 

6 slices of buttered bread – cubed

1 pound sausage – browned

2 cups cheddar cheese – shredded

Mix together:

2 cups milk

1/2 tsp. dried mustard

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

5 eggs – beaten

 

Pour over the bread cubes, sausage, and shredded cheese.


Refrigerate overnight.

 

Bake at 350° for 30 – 35 minutes.
