This wreath was so easy to make, but it looks so stunning, doesn’t it? A Styrofoam wreath was used as the base. I wrapped the wreath with silver wired ribbon to cover the white Styrofoam. You could also just spray the wreath with a silver spray paint. You just don’t want the white Styrofoam showing between the ornaments.
Then a hanger was created out of the ribbon used for the bow. I wrapped the ribbon around the wreath form, created a loop, tied and using a flower pin, secured the ribbon and also hot glued the pin, for more security.
The silver balls used for this project were three different sizes. Removing the tops of all the ornaments seemed to work best. I laid out the ornaments around the wreath form to get an idea of where to glue them. After that, I hot glued them working on the inside first, then the outside, then filled in the top with the remainder.
The red wired ribbon bow was added to the hanger ribbon on top using a florist flower pin. You can see a step by step directions on ‘how to create a beautiful ribbon bow’ by clicking here ►Ribbon Bow.
