10 Festive Christmas Gift Ideas For Crafters
(We are an Amazon affiliate and may receive a small percentage of any sales through the links in this post at no cost to you! Thanks for supporting this website!)
- Cricut Explore Air –My children bought a Cricut Explore Air and gave it to me for my birthday gift! It was so sweet of them and I was totally surprised. This machine can do so much. I’ve used it on multiple projects, especially banners. Although I’ve shown how to cut out pennants for a banner by hand, this machine makes it so easy, you can’t believe it. Remember the Halloween banner? Aside from the pennants, the little bats are cut with the Cricut, too. Imagine cutting those by hand! If your favorite crafter doesn’t have one, she will love it!
- Low Melt Glue Gun – This is a perfect gift for crafters. The low melt glue gun is one of my favorite crafting tools. Remember the first time I used one? It was for the balloon column for Emily’s wedding shower. Yes, you can use it on balloons! It is also great for making the paper rosettes and not burning your fingers!
- Bira Craft 12 X 12-inch Multi-Purpose Scoring Board & Score and Fold Tool – I love this scoring board! Although I bought it to make it a little easier for Sophie to make the rosettes, it has become one of my favorite tools. This tool is great for scoring the rosettes, but you can also make box envelopes,
-
EK Tools Precision Scissors – These are super little scissors for cutting detailed areas easily. These are very sharp and the thin blades make it easy for accessing tight areas. They have a protector that covers the tips and it doesn’t fall off either. I used these to easily cut the lace ends on the black lace votives.
- Tacky glue – If you frequent my blog, you know that I use Tacky glue on most of my projects from the Halloween banner and rosettes to the tie-dye mermaid T-shirt using clear Tacky glue.
- Black and Decker LI2000 3.6-Volt Rechargeable Screwdriver w/ 45-Piece Drill and Screw Bit Set. The one I have is an older version of this drill. I love it because it is lightweight and easy for me to use. Mine has been used for many of my crafting projects like this paper mache pumpkin.
-
Fiskars SureCut Deluxe 12-inch Craft Paper Trimmer
This trimmer is perfect for cutting 12-inch craft paper but is lightweight and compact. I use this for all my paper crafting. The Sure Cut wire cut-line makes it very easy to see where the blade will cut so your cuts are accurate.
- Derwent Inktense colored pencils – Remember the Scarlett O’Hara costume I made for my granddaughter? Although you can use them on paper, these Inktense colored pencils are perfect for drawing on fabric. The pencils are water-soluble and when the color dries, it is permanent! I’m using these for my Halloween costume this year…
-

You can use this mica powder for soap making, slime, epoxy resin, lip gloss, bath bombs, polymer clay, and more. Then, add a Rectangle Silicone Soap Mold 4oz, 12 Bar Soap Mold, 99% Rubbing Alcohol in a Spray Bottle, and a soap base, or this Pifito Melt and Pour Soap Base Sampler (7 lbs) This set includes an assortment of 7 bases (1lb ea), including Hemp Seed Oil, Clear, Aloe Vera, Goats Milk, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, and Castile. Anybody can make soap with these bases without the worry of using lye. You can find step-by-step directions for Lemongrass and Orange Zest, rose-scented, and lavender soaps ◄here.

This set is presented in a wooden box perfect for a Christmas gift and includes Tea Tree, Lemon, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Frankincense, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Cedarwood.
