Bacon Knots

Who doesn’t love bacon?  When I first saw this bacon knots idea, I couldn’t resist.  We usually have bacon in the fridge and two of the grandkids were coming over.  Timing these to come out of the oven when they arrived, they were pleasantly surprised with the smell of bacon when they came in the door.

They wasted no time in checking out the little plate of bacon knots.  The kids weren’t sure what they were at first but they wasted no time in trying the little knots.  The bacon knots disappeared in no time!
